The Post Graduate Program exposes the students to organizational realities and equips them with the tools for analyzing these situations. The core for instructional methodology in the MBA program is based on participation, discussion, and case studies under the expert guidance of the faculty members. The teaching method is supplemented by class lectures by the faculty members, experts and practitioners of management science. The stress is on developing the decision – making skills of the students as applied to organizational problems. The program is spread over two years, divided into four semesters. In the first year, the students are exposed to basic subjects and the various functional areas. In the second the students are required to specialize in one of the functional groups and are imparted knowledge in the various aspects of management techniques.Please note that our curriculum is reviewed regularly, the course descriptions given are therefore intended to give you a general flavor of the MBA rather than a precise study plan.
